Happened to walk into Common Grounds today and found one of our High School girls sitting at a table, clearly having been crying. With very little prodding she spilled the story – her first love (human, not divine) had dumped her. A coffee, a conversation and a prayer later and she was on her way. I was glad I walked in when I did. I was reminded that a 15 year old girl’s heart is much more important to me than blank screens during the service and the mess of TEC.

Beth grew up listening to ABBA her whole life. The prelude to her church expereince, was listening to ABBA at home before driving to church.
