sounds nice and I hearily agree….however, now all Tom Wright has to do is define love..I have read quite a bit of his work and some while some is great, some is unfortunately heretical..for example, his view on justification has drawn a lot of criticism from heavy weights like Don Carson and John Piper..so I am cautious about TW Don Carson went so far as to say publically, an with respect to his views on justification, that ‘TW was leading the flock astray.’

Ah Julian…you nailed it. TW’s views on justification and his oozing over the New Perspective allows and in fact forces him to take a stand on the Gulf War(oppose before late ’08) and Afgahnastan(oppose before late ’08). Whether he still opposes the wars is up in the air since he hasn’t had his normal daily dissing of US politics since late november of ’08????

I think that is the easiest time I’ve had understanding Tom Wright. Pretty straightforward.
