Tonight is a very good night in the life of St. Andrew’s – Todd Simonis will be ordained as a Deacon. Bishop John Guernsey, in town with his wife, Meg, will be the ordaining Bishop. The St. Andrew’s City Church team will be hosting a reception immediately after the service in Sams Hall.
Todd joined the staff at St. Andrew’s just about eight years ago as our Youth Pastor. For the past three years he has overseen and developed Year Team (our Christian Formation process). This past October Todd was a part of the leadership team that planted St. Andrew’s City Church which has grown from the 75 person plant team to 260 in the past two months. A great night for the Simonis family and for us all.
