Christian Leaders Call for Civil Disobedience Against US Government

The Story: After the Obama administration’s announced that health insurance coverage would require the inclusion of contraception and abortifacients, several Christian leaders—including Chuck Colson, Richard Land, and Rick Warren—called on Evangelicals to stand with Catholics in civil disobedience to this law.

Are we gonna J walk? How exactly is that civil disobediance going to occur? I guess with the new rules by not providing health insurance to employees is a fine/prisono-able offense?????

It’s undefined. I think that they raise the point to intimate a though process. Practically, not knowing particulars and mandates, your scenario of non-compliance with federal insurance mandates may be exactly what they have in mind.

Then we’ll all pay the $900 fine per employee thereby ushering in gov’t healthcare??? Just thinking out loud.
